It is our goal to choose vegetable varieties that will be superior in flavor and present a variety of colors.  If you want a vegetable or herb not listed, let us know and we will try to accommodate.

We use Marigolds for pest control and they add a dash of color as well!

It takes several weeks from planting to harvest.  We ask that you do not plant in the areas in which we have been contracted to grow.  There is specific spacing that needs to happen with the raised beds as well as multiple plantings of one crop.  If you want to harvest your farm on your own now and then, please feel free.  We certainly recommend this with the herbs!

Harvesting for your backyard farm will begin in late May or June depending on the weather and when your organic garden was installed.
Your backyard harvest basket items will vary from week to week.  Initial harvests will be mostly salad greens, followed by the summer crops, ending with the fall root crops and more greens.
